About IoT

Aims

IoT (ISSN 2624-831X) provides an advanced forum for studies related to enabling technologies, architecture, applications, services, security, and practical issues in the Internet of Things (IoT). It publishes reviews, regular research papers, and short communications as well as Special Issues on particular subjects.

The aim of IoT is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. Therefore, the journal has no restrictions regarding the length of papers. Full experimental details should be provided so that the results can be reproduced.

  • IoT privacy, security and trust
  • IoT network design and architecture
  • IoT-enabling technologies (including ultra-low power IoT technologies)
  • IoT in a SMART environment
  • IoT platforms: cloud-based, gateway-based and fog-based IoT solutions
  • IoT for the industry: cyberphysical systems, SCADA platforms, 5G and beyond
  • IoT interaction: augmented reality and virtual reality in the IoT, Social Internet of Things
