The 7th Asian Dendro-Conference & the 7th Chinese Dendro-Conference
Rapid climate change, owing to both anthropogenic forces and natural variability in the climate system, is triggering severe eco-environmental issues and leading to negative effects on human well-being. This year, the 7th ADA (Asian Dendrochronology Association) Dendro-Conference, a sequentially biennial conference, will be held in Zhuhai, China, on 18–22 November 2021. This conference aims to share cutting-edge advances in and discuss future focuses of tree ring-based interdisciplinary research, mainly in Asian countries, and it also opens a door toward more comprehensive collaboration with scientists across the world.
The theme of the 7th ADA Dendro-conference is ‘Land–Sea interactions and Environmental Issues’. This conference primarily focuses on eight sections:
