ICDAR 2021 Workshop on Camera-Based Document Analysis and Recognition (CBDAR 2021, 9th edition) will be held in conjunction with the 16th International Conference on Document Analysis and Recognition (ICDAR 2021) in Lausanne (Switzerland) from 5 to 10 of September 2021. The CBDAR series has a special focus on the analysis of camera captured documents and text. CBDAR is a forum for presenting up-to-date research, sharing experiences and fomenting discussions on future directions. The goal of CBDAR is to explore new research directions through the presentation of up-to-date research as well as discussions on future directions. The workshop explores the links between Document Image Analysis and Recognition (DIAR) and the wider Computer Vision (CV) community.

The workshop is co-organized by Dr Muhammad Muzzamil LUQMAN (L3i, La Rochelle, France) and Dr Sheraz Ahmed (DFKI, Kaiserslautern, Germany).

The Journal of Imaging will sponsor best paper award.
