2017 The inaugural issue was released. Logistics was published as a quarterly journal.
2021 Logistics was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) - Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics).
Logistics established the following sections:
  • Supplier, Government and Procurement Logistics;
  • Maritime and Transport Logistics;
  • Last Mile, E-Commerce and Sales Logistics;
  • Humanitarian and Healthcare Logistics;
  • Sustainability and Reverse Logistics;
  • Artificial Intelligence, Logistics Analytics, and Automation.
2022 Logistics was indexed in Scopus - Elsevier.
Logistics announced the 2022 Best PhD Thesis Award.
2023
  • Logistics received its first Impact Factor (2022) of 3.8, ranked 35/103 in the category "Operations Research & Management Science" and 175/396 in the category "Management";
  • Logistics received its first CiteScore (2022) of 5.1, ranked 29/127 in the category "Management Information Systems" and 35/140 in the category "Information Systems and Management".
