• “Geriatrics/Aging”;
• “Pediatrics”;
• “Immunology”;
• “Intensive Care/ Anesthesiology”;
• “Genetics”;
• “Nephrology”;
• “Ophthalmology”;
• “Dermatology”;
• “Obstetrics and Gynecology”;
• “Gastroenterology & Hepatology”.

The journal impact factor is 2.430, and it is also indexed in many important databases (Scopus, SCIE (Web of Science), PubMed, MEDLINE, PMC, Embase, and many others). It is currently ranked in the second quartile (Q2) in its JCR category. As a member of the Editorial Board, you would have one or more of the following duties:

• Making decisions as to whether a manuscript can be accepted or not based on the reports we collect;
• Guest-editing a Special Issue on a topic related to your research interests when it is convenient for you;
• Promoting Medicina and increasing its visibility at related academic conferences.
