Recycling is recruiting Editorial Board Members:

The journal is looking to expand the Editorial Board in order to cover areas that need additional representation by the current team. If you are interested in serving as an Academic Editor on the Editorial Board or would like to recommend potential candidates, please reach out to us.

Recycling (ISSN 2072-4292) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original articles, critical reviews, research notes, and short communications in the area of waste reutilization and resource recycling. Recycling is covered in Scopus (CiteScore in 2020 is: 4.3; ranked Q2 in the category of "Management, Monitoring, Policy and Law"). Prof. Dr. Michele John is serving as the Editor-in-Chief. The journal provides an international online forum for studies related to recycling, resource recovery and waste utilization across many industries including glass, paper, metal, plastic, textiles, and electronics.

The main responsibilities and benefits of Editorial Board Members are as follows:

1. Pre-screen submissions and make decisions on whether they should be rejected or accepted for processing, suggesting additional reviewers if necessary;
2. Review a couple of manuscripts per year;
3. Lead at least one Special Issue in your particular field of expertise every two years or invite at least three authors to contribute to regular issues with discounts per year;
4. Suggest some interesting topics for the journal;
5. You may also publish open access papers with discounts;
6. All Editorial Board Members have the chance to obtain sponsorship for the conferences that they organize or attend.
