Symmetry Webinar | Beyond Standard Model

This webinar will be discussing why we are not satisfied with the Standard Model (the great theory that unified three over four basic interactions—electromagnetic, weak, and strong), what extensions, changes or completely new approaches are proposed by theorists to overcome problems, and finally, what is available from the experimental point of view at LHC.

Our session will be organized as follows: a theory presentation for 30 minutes, then 15 minutes for questions, comments, and proposals; an experimental presentation for 30 minutes, then 15 minutes for questions, comments, and proposals.

The following experts will be present and talk:

  • Dr. Olga Kodolova, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia
  • Prof. Dr. Abdelhak Djouadi, Dpto de Fisia Teorica y del Cosmos, University of Granada, Spain
  • Dr. Alexandre Nikitenko, National Research Center "Kurchatov Institute", Moscow, Russia
