Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The subject investigated is very relevant and current.

This is an interesting and very well supported investigation.

The objective is well defined and the hypotheses formulated are duly substantiated.

The paper has added value.

However, the discussion of the results could be a little more in-depth.

Reviewer 2 Report

Thank you for your contribution.

The characteristics of this study are in empirical analysis through research model and research hypothesis presentation, and I think it is in providing strategies or implications based on the analysis results. It seems that you need to review a few things carefully and revise them.

1. Research hypothesis and research model

-As you may know, the research hypothesis is a tentative statement from the researcher. Because it is a tentative statement, it should be presented in the future. The study uses categorical expressions. Research hypotheses should be simple and should be used mainly in short sentences. It is difficult for researchers to understand by marking it in double or middle sentences.

- Hypothesis 1 is presented as follows. Hypothesis 1. Strategy and practice have a coupling that is loose. This should be corrected as follows. Hypothesis 1: Strategy has an significant impact on practice.

 2. Measurement and analysis

- The factors of the presented research model and the measurement variables presented in the analysis process are not consistent. It looks like it needs to be supplemented.

-Factor specific operational definitions are also unclear. A clear definition of each factor is required.

 3. Adjustment effect analysis

-To test Hypothesis 5, a moderation effect analysis was conducted, and it is said that the national eco-system has a significant moderated effect. I think it will be more visual if you graph the adjustment effect between MENA and Spain.

 4. Finding

- I would like to reinforce the implications based on the analysis results. It is insufficient volume.

 Thank you for your efforts.

Sincerely Yours,
