1) Lines 51-59: These paragraphs are not well connected with the previous or next paragraphs. You must rewrite.

2) Methodology: Where is the study area? How many households were investigated?

3) Discussion is weak. There is no discussion with the other studies. Perhaps, these papers can help to discuss for the water policy.
