This manuscript reports the fabrication of micro LED array of nitride layer with multi-quantum wells 16 epitaxial on the sapphire substrate. Oveall, the text is written well, but the novelty of this work is unclear. The authors should be clear the difference in scientific finding between this work and published work. The authors should address the below.

1) In this work, the device was epitaxially formed on the sapphire substrate, but there is no evidence such as cross-sectional TEM image supporting the formation.

2) In Figure 7(a), the values of output power sounds low. What is the area? Usually, the values of output power is presented by density.

3) The size of the letters on the Y-axis scale in Figures 8a nd 11 is too small to read.
