Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The authors provide a comprehensive study on luxury car data analysis covering multiple aspects of the research area. The paper is well written and discusses each of the components in detail.

I have a suggestions which can improve the manuscript.

1. The authors can provide a taxonomy diagram to provide an overview of the different components.

2. The authors describe the ways of data collection from customers in Section 2.1. I suggest to increase more information at each of the points, like how many users/vehicles were considered in each of the study, what were the categories. Finally, add a summary of Insights from the authors to give suggestions which way is applicable in which scenario.

3. Section 2.3 discusses about user profiling and segmentation. There are several existing approaches on product recommendation based on user segmentation. The authors can clarify the availability of automated approaches, such as, predictive models for this specifically for luxury cars.

4. Section 2.5 discusses the predictive analytics based approaches. The authors can provide some details about these approaches, their quantitative performance compared to existing approaches.
