Dear Colleagues,
This Special Issue focuses on publishing original research and review articles focusing on, but not limited to the following:
- Novel writer, reader, and eraser enzymes and proteins of RNA modifications;
- Detection and characterization of modified nucleotides in human cancers;
- Role of RNA post-transcriptional regulome (RNA-binding proteins, RNA modifiers, and modulatory RNAs) in cancer, and their molecular interplay with microRNAs and other oncogenic RNAs;
- Molecular interplay between RNA and RNA modification regulators in cancers;
- Diagnostic application of RNA modification-related signatures, development of RNA modification-based scoring system, and its translational application in cancer;
- Novel RNA modification molecular mechanisms that may contribute to remodeling the tumor microenvironment;
- Novel mechanisms or strategies to exploit RNA modification-based therapy.
