Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Critical care ultrasound is an exciting frontier in pediatric and neonatal critical care, a standard of care in vascular access, and expanding roles in patient care. It bridges a gap between traditional diagnostic imaging and bedside assessment, and reveals new therapy goals as it changes hemodynamic management in up to a third of patients. This Special Issue of Healthcare will deliver insights into ultrasound topics at the forefront of pediatric and neonatal critical care written by investigators examining the leading edge of research shaping this important practice. Please join us in this exciting academic endeavor in critical care ultrasound.
