Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Cardiovascular imaging is a central aspect of personalized medicine, empowering healthcare providers with detailed information about a patient's heart structure, function, and blood flow. This deep knowledge enables healthcare professionals to make informed and personalized treatment decisions, leading to better patient outcomes and improved overall healthcare. This Special Issue of the Journal of Personalized Medicine aims to highlight state-of-the-art cardiovascular imaging in the areas of diagnosis and risk stratification, tailored treatment plans, monitoring disease progression, minimally invasive interventions, predictive modeling and AI, research and innovation, and patient education and involvement. Progress in personalized medicine in the cardiovascular field heavily relies on advances in diagnostic methods; therefore, it is crucial to stimulate basic and clinical research.
