This is well written and presented review articles describing the medicinal values of cannabinoids in several pathological conditions.
There are few minor comments as following
Some of the sentences are not properly organized.
There is inconsistency in use of abbreviations
Illustration is of poor quality that can be improved
Through out the review article choice of word need to be improved.
Review need very careful reading one more time.

We are pleased to re-submit a review entitled " Cannabinoids: therapeutic use in clinical practice” by Cristina Pagano et al. on the Topical Collection "Feature Papers in Molecular Biology". Specifically, we have reorganized the sentences and corrected the abbreviations in the text and in the figures. We have improved the quality of the images and we have improved the choice of words, to make the sentences clearer. Finally, we proceeded to do a careful reading of the entire review.

It is a very interesting work, covers the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of Cannabinoids and focus on results of cannabinoids in different clinical diagnosis. – All new papers in this field are included.
