Comments to Authors,

This is well  written and presented review articles describing the  medicinal values of cannabinoids in several pathological conditions.

There are few minor comments as following

Some of the sentences are not properly organized.

There is inconsistency in use of abbreviations

Illustration is of poor quality that can be improved

Through out the review article choice of word need to be improved.

Review need very careful reading one more time.

We are pleased to re-submit a review entitled " Cannabinoids: therapeutic use in clinical practice” by Cristina Pagano et al. on the Topical Collection "Feature Papers in Molecular Biology". The review has been revised according to the reviewer's comments and uploaded. Changes should be easily visible to the editors and reviewers since they were clearly highlighted with “Track Changes”. Here I am providing point-by-point the details of the revisions, and the responses to the reviewers' comments.  Hoping you can check the changes expeditiously. 

We thank the reviewer for her careful review reading and suggestions. The reviewer’s advice helped a lot to improve the review. We made the English corrections for all the review thanks to the help of a native speaker co-worker; these corrections will be visible in track change.

 Specifically, we have reorganized the sentences and corrected the abbreviations in the text and in the figures. We have improved the quality of the images and we have improved the choice of words, to make the sentences clearer. Finally, we proceeded to do a careful reading of the entire review.

It is a very interesting work, covers the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of Cannabinoids and focus on results of cannabinoids in different clinical diagnosis. – All new papers in this field are included.
