Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

When reviewing scientific papers for publication, I usually start with a general overview in terms of a structure, abstract, literature review, methodology, findings of the research, discussion, conclusions, as well as limitations of the study.

In the assessment of the paper submitted for the review, I specifically focused on the discussed issues, applied research methods and the scope of analysis of research results, as well as substantive content of the article and its structure.

I do however have some remarks and feedback on the study.

1.I think this article is not clear about the source of the data. Including the amount of data, how to get it, are there any personal information problems. Therefore, it is also impossible to see whether these data can represent the thoughts of consumers and the wishes of hospitals in the region.

2.Formulate managerial implications.

Reviewer 2 Report

The reviewed paper is of scientific nature. The considerations conducted in the paper are focused on such categories as: changes in consumer behaviour and post-COVID-219 era.

The subject area discussed in the paper is topical and important. The structure of the paper is clear. The article, however, needs to be refined to be published.

Therefore, it is specifically recommended to:

- deepen the literature review,

- focus considerations conducted in the paper more on the category of sustainable development,

- expand the information about the applied research procedure and develop the description concerning methodology of the research,

- deepen the description of research limitations and future research.
