This is an informative and useful article which details monogenic causes of stroke.  There are some minor grammatical errors in the manuscript but otherwise the manuscript reads well.

The authors address the 10 most common monogenic diseases related to stroke. They have the most important clinical phenotype for early diagnosis in order to provide adequate therapy when available.

The topic is very interesting, the article well written.
