This paper provides a new least square deviation OWA operator extending the results presented by Wang et al (2007) and given the solution as a function of n and α

The paper is well written. The main object of the paper is clear and is well presented. The proof of the model is correctly obtained.

The main problem related to this paper is the fact that the references are too old. The last one is from 2014, but they are only two references from the last ten years. Some important references do not appear, including some references from the same author, specially in cases like this one where the novelty is just a generalization of a previous model.
