Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This interesting review provides an in-depth view of the history, scientific origin and scope of the capacities of brain imaging technologies as tools for studying the pharma kinetics aspects of diverse drugs aimed to treat different diseases. The manuscript is well written and is highly informative; my only advice is to add the most recent reports- for example, of how MRI scans can be used also to detect the brain’s temperature or predict early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. Such coverage can assist the readability of this review and improve its citation value.
