Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Line 11-12 – optimal for what? Be more precise.

Line 18 – "For FMS score…." It seems to be unnecessary in this sentence.

Line 21 – "Hurdle step" is written with a capital letter. Be consistent to all test names when their appears.

Line 27 - using the "predicting" is not appropriate. You used statistical methods that do not predict, such as logistic regression.

Line 77 – explain the "optimal." Be more precise, optimal for what?

Lines 91-102 – pay attention to text formatting

Lines 150-153 – my main doubts concerning the optimal value of the FMS. How exactly did You determine it? According to what? Injury occurrence? Physical performance tests scores? If it is due to Injury, please provide information about injury data collection.

Line 165 – Line Table 2. I think below the table should be the explanation of "*." Also, consider the explanation of all abbreviations used in the table below.

191 – is there a need to make all letters capital in cited authors' names?

256 – as the issue mentioned above with "optimal."
