The aim of this study was to assess the feedback participants with Schizophrenia gave to an out-of-hospital exercise program designed and supervised by qualified exercise professionals.

There is no doubt that exercise programs are useful in the clinic of mental disorders and functional disorders. However, it must be remembered that subjective experiences do not always reflect the completeness of the picture of changes in the mental status of the patient (in the paragraf "discussion"). Therefore, in this study it is necessary to mention in particular that we are talking about the subjective experiences of patients during classes outside the hospital. We note a well-conducted qualitative (so rare now) study. The restrictions must specify the subjectivity of changes in the conditions of patients and the absence of measurements before and after the implementation of the program. It would be desirable to reflect in the article more clearly the logic (maybe in the form of a diagram) of the study, the monitored variables and a clearer representation of the result, perhaps more generalized for the entire sample.

It is a good attempt to apply an exercise program by experts to patients with schizophrenia and to qualitatively analyze the patients' participation experience. However, many things of the submitted manuscript need to be revised and supplemented to be published in journal. The reason is as follows.

1. First of all, In the introduction, the rationale for the effect of applying an exercise program by experts to patients with schizophrenia should be clearly presented. That way, you and the readers can assume that if the experts actually apply the program to patients with schizophrenia, what experiences the patients would have. Of course, qualitative study is not about setting hypothesis and examining them. Even so, there must be rationale in planning the study.

2. Content analysis can be performed mechanically. However, the qualitative research method on how to qualitatively analyze and interpret the content must be clear.

3. As you are probably aware, the effectiveness of a program cannot be estimated by interviewing program participants about their impressions or satisfaction. It can be used as a reference material to modify the application method in the future. According to the famous Festinger's cognitive dissonance theory, the behavior of patients who have already participated in a program can distort their cognition that the program is worthwhile and a good experience. Therefore, the logical validity of the content of the discussion or evidence of conclusion is inevitably lacking in scientific basis .

4. It seems meaningless to merely describe the contents reported by the participants as in the manuscript. Follow the guidelines for describing the results of qualitative study, and discussions and conclusions should be carefully described and revised based on evidence.
