Publisher’s Note: Physiologia—A New Open Access Journal

MDPI, Avinguda Madrid, 95, 08028 Barcelona, Spain
Submission received: 21 October 2021 / Accepted: 22 October 2021 / Published: 27 October 2021
One of the top four scholarly journal publishers in the world [1], MDPI, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year [2]. On this occasion we are pleased to announce the launch of a new open access journal Physiologia (ISSN 2673-9488) [3]. Since various MDPI jorunals have published articles on physiology, such as International Journal of Molecular Sciences (ISSN: 1422-0067) [4], Life [5], etc., we have noted a great potential of the topic and the need to provide the authors with a dedicated journal.
Physiologia will be published quarterly online, and it will cover conceptual advances in physiology. We welcome a broad research community, including those studying human, animal, plant and cell physiology, to publish their experimental and theoretical results [6].
As in all MDPI journals, we will continue to provide excellent services to the scientific community to maintain a fast and rigorous peer review process [7]. We hope that you will enjoy publishing with us.
