The estimate of the future distribution trend of IC products does not take care of the sector of the IC (i.e. automotive, consumers) and nor of the technology nodes.

Moreover, the current phenomena of semiconductor shortage are not addressed.

On this basis, I suggest a more complete and complex analysis of the constraints above-mentioned constraints.

The paper is written in a concise and unclear way, the presentation should be reconsidered.

Introduction is very concise, does not provide sufficient background and does not  include sufficient references. The problem should be stated more clearly and in more detail, with more supporting references.

Section 2 is not so clear. Apart from the definition, the meaning of Pm and Ym should be better introduced.

Conclusion is very short, too. Too short. The results should be better discussed.
