Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

In this paper the authors describe the gravitational interaction of cosmic strings with spinless particles. The paper is a detailed description of the mathematical analysis used by authors to analyze the interaction. All the steps are clearly stated and the results obtained are thoroughly described. However, I think that the calculations can be introduced in a more detailed way into the cosmological setting and the conclusions linked to it.

Although this minor point I think that the paper is publishable.

Author Response

We thank Referee for the reviewing and the report.

According to the Referee's note, we have enlarged the Introduction (paragraphs 1-4, lines 9-27 of the revised version), and we added few sentences into the Conclusion (lines 207-212).

In addition, references 1-15 were added.

A few typos were fixed through the text.

Reviewer 2 Report

In this paper, the author has studied, " Gravitational Interaction of Cosmic String with Spinless Particle". The comments regarding this paper are appended below:

  1. The computation of the paper is perfectly ok and the author has presented the computation in detail without hiding anything.
  2. The presentation of the paper is perfectly fine and the author has presented it quite in a comprehensible manner for better understanding.
  3. I have only a small objection in the reference list, which can be improved in the present version of the paper. For this reason, I would suggest the author include more references for the subject material. I am not going to mention here about any specific reference, but as far as I know, the author has a huge scope to include more relevant citations in this literature of study.

Once the above mentioned minor modification can be implemented properly then I will give my final decision regarding the publication of this paper in the journal Universe.

Author Response

We thank Referee for the reviewing and the report.

According to the Referee's note, we have added references 1-5,8-15.

Due to this,  the Introduction was enlarged a bit (paragraphs 1-4, lines 9-27 of the revised version), and also we added few sentences into the Conclusion (lines 207-212).

A few typos were fixed through the text.

No other changes were made.
