10th Anniversary of Mathematics

The year 2022 marks the 10th anniversary of Mathematics, a peer-reviewed, open access journal which provides an advanced forum for studies related to mathematical sciences. Mathematics has published more than 10,000 papers from more than 16,800 authors. More than 12,800 reviewers have submitted at least one review report. We value the contributions made by authors and reviewers. To celebrate this 10th anniversary, we are arranging a series of special content and events. We hope you can join us in celebrating this milestone for our journal and enjoy the collection below.

Founding Editor-in-Chief: Prof. Dr. Sergei K. Suslov

Prof. Dr. Sergei K. Suslov studies the mathematical foundations that underlie much of theoretical physics, including relativity, quantum mechanics, wave phenomenon, and optics. He is the Professor at Department of Mathematics of Arizona State University. He has received various awards, including the 2011 Special Recognition from ASU Professor of the Year and the 2014 Leonard Euler Prize, etc.

Mathematics was indexed in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) of Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics).

Prof. Dr. Lokenath Debnath was appointed as Editor-in-Chief of Mathematics

Prof. Dr. Lokenath Debnath received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in pure mathematics from the University of Calcutta, and obtained D.I.C. and Ph.D. degrees in applied mathematics from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London. He is Professor Emeritus at the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. His focus is on the research of applied partial differential equations, integral transforms, fluid dynamics, continuum mechanics, nonlinear waves, and wave motions in fluids and solids. He has published more than 300 papers in research journals in Pure and Applied Mathematics and several books.
