Jornadas CICECO 21 Advancing Science Shaping Society
We are very pleased to announce that Jornadas CICECO 2021 will take place on the 6th–7th October. ‘Advancing Science, Shaping Society’ is the underlying theme of this year’s edition. As committed citizens, we must remember that science is not a closed box, but rather a dynamic force that touches all aspects of life. As usual, we expect Jornadas to be a privileged platform to exchange ideas, refresh scientific interests, and establish new collaborations.
This year’s edition also represents a distinctive occasion to celebrate the 20 years of CICECO. We will have the honor to attend a lecture by Robert Langer, Professor of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Director of its biomedical engineering laboratory.
As we prepare for the big event, we look forward to receiving your posters, from which ten flash oral communications will be selected by a scientific committee. Additionally, you are kindly invited to participate in our photo contest, in the categories materials@CICECO and materials@AVEIRO
