Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

There is a dire need for agriculture and all agri-food sectors to incorporate a sustainable development model, created jointly by companies and customers, through introducing new systems of production and consumption. Such a model aligns with several SDG goals of the United Nations. Therefore, private and public organizations, as well as consumers, have to re-design their strategies/actions, aiming to reach a sustainable framework from economic, social and environmental perspectives.

The aim of this Special Issue is to publish articles that explore the varying ways to achieve the aforementioned sustainable framework, analyzing and proposing real solutions. Potential themes could be related to the adoption of innovative managerial techniques or different approaches to the market, as well as evaluation of digital technologies. We will also accept submissions of interdisciplinary works or single/multiple case studies.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
