Dear Colleagues,
Given the current and future development of IoT and smart computing, automation and robotics are entering a new era of innovation and applications. Robotics is becoming a part of cyberphysical space to examine movements and energy consumption. This ultimately introduces new challenges on how to manage Industry 4.0 to increase the highest quality and higher production rates of products and productivity. The energy consumption changes profitability. Therefore, the study of energy consumption in cyberphysical space is also necessary.
This Special Issue aims at encouraging researchers to address solutions to overcome the issue.

Energies is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
