Dear Colleagues,
A gene delivery system is an important tool that facilitates decrypting the function of a gene of interest and creating animal models for diseases. In particular, with the advancements in the field of genome editing technologies, the need for more convenient and easy technologies to create genetically modified animals is escalating.
For this Special Issue focusing on the application of gene delivery technology, we are pleased to invite articles that are focused on the central theme of genetic manipulation (transgenesis, knock out or knock in) of early embryos (or fetuses) and germ cells (oocytes, primordial germ cells, and sperm) in mammals.
