Dear Colleagues,
Neurogenesis, the process involve in generation of new neurons occurs during embryonic development has been challenged and growing evidence support occurrence of neurogenesis in adult brain. Neurogenesis play crucial role in brain functions. The concept that neurogenesis might play important role in neurological and neuropsychological diseases and studies supporting the generation of new neurons throughout the life specifically in brain region hippocampus involve in cognitive and memory function are of specific interest. Importantly, neurogenesis explores new way to look psychological and neurological disorders as well as in the process of addiction. Biomedicines seeking manuscripts for special issue on ‘Neurogenesis and neurological disorders’ to fill a literature gap on this most advance and interesting topic. As a Guest Editor of this special issue, I invite you to submit a manuscript.
